How much does 1-on-1 online coaching cost?

$225 per month.

This includes fully customized programming, ongoing coaching support, weekly check-ins, and biweekly 25-minute video calls to review form, progress, and any questions.

What does my monthly coaching include?

Each month includes:

    •    A custom 4-week training block, updated based on your progress

    •    3–5 day workout split, personalized to your goals, schedule, and experience

How many days per week will I train?

Do I need boxing experience?

No.

While boxing-inspired conditioning can be included, it is completely optional. Your program can focus on:

    •    Or a hybrid approach

Is this program gym-based or at home?

Programs are gym-based by default, but home-friendly options can be provided.

What are the video calls like?

Every other week, we’ll have a 25-minute video call where we can:

    •    Review exercise form

    •    Clean up technique

    •    Talk through mindset, recovery, or schedule issues

These calls help bridge the gap between in-person and online coaching.

Will I receive nutrition guidance?

This program includes general nutrition guidance and support.

I focus on:

    •    Consistency over restriction

This is not extreme dieting or meal plan obsession — it’s guidance you can maintain long-term.

What platform is coaching delivered through?

All coaching is delivered through a training app, where you’ll have:

Is there a minimum commitment?

A minimum 1-month commitment is required.
