PRJCT FIT was founded by a woman who spent years battling anxiety, depression, and body image issues — until boxing became her way back to herself. After experiencing loss, trauma, and disconnection, she discovered power in movement, peace in sweat, and healing in community.
Now, she’s building the space she once needed — for every woman who’s ready to stop hiding and start rising.

HEY FITNESS FRIENDS!
I’m Kate — a strength & conditioning coach, boxing coach, and athlete with over 10+ years of experience training, competing, and coaching at a high level. My background spans combat sports, strength training, endurance racing, and functional fitness, and I’ve had the opportunity to train alongside professional boxers, UFC fighters, and elite performance coaches. Today, I combine that experience to help people build strong, capable, confident bodies — inside and out.

ATHLETIC & TRAINING BACKGROUND
I began my athletic journey over a decade ago, dedicating countless hours to training both in and out of the boxing ring. What started as a passion for combat sports evolved into a deep commitment to strength training, performance conditioning, and hybrid-style athletics.
Current Training Focus Includes:
• Boxing & fight-style conditioning
• Heavy strength training (barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, landmine)
• Functional conditioning & HYROX-style training
• Sprint work, endurance runs, and race prep
• Athletic core, power, and unilateral work
This approach allows me to stay strong, fast, and resilient — and it’s the same philosophy I use with my clients.

My coaching is backed by real-world training and competition experience, including:
• HYROX-style functional fitness training
• Road races and endurance events
• Strength-focused competitions
• Years of progressive overload–based weightlifting

I specialize in helping clients:
• Build lean muscle and strength
• Improve conditioning without burnout
• Train like an athlete (not just “work out”)
• Feel confident using weights and challenging their limits

Beyond the physical, fitness has been a powerful tool in my own mental health journey. Through boxing, strength training, and disciplined movement, I’ve experienced firsthand how training can help manage anxiety, stress, and self-doubt.
The focus, resilience, and confidence built through training extend far beyond the gym. My mission is to create programs and spaces where people feel:
