Every phase builds on the last — increasing strength, power, and conditioning while keeping you healthy and athletic.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Duration: 12 Weeks
Training Days: 4 Days / Week
Training Blocks:
• Block 1 (Weeks 1–4): Foundation & Work Capacity
• Block 2 (Weeks 5–8): Strength & Power
• Block 3 (Weeks 9–12): Strength Endurance & Peak Output
Each block increases intensity while maintaining smart volume and recovery.
